COORDINATOR / PERSONAL ASSISTANT (PA)
LOCATION: DHA Raya, Lahore.
FULL-TIME | OFFICE-BASED | IMMEDIATE JOINING PREFERRED
WORKING DAYS: Monday to Saturday
We are looking for a Coordinator / PA to Director who is smart, organized, and energetic. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to start their professional career in a dynamic office environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Director in daily administrative and coordination tasks
- Manage schedules, meetings, and official communication
- Follow up on tasks and deadlines with internal sales teams
- Maintain documentation and organize information
- Prepare reports, meeting notes, and summaries
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Presentable, professional, and eager to learn
