POSITION: MAINTENANCE INCHARGE
REQUIREMENT:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E / B.Tech – Mechanical) with 10 to 12 years of hands on maintenance experience in retail, commercial, or industrial environment and at least 5 years in a similar capacity independently overseeing maintenance operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day maintenance activities across store facilities (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, generators, etc.).
- Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for maintenance-related requirements.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and facilitate quick resolutions to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs, repair activities, and equipment status.
- Inspect store premises regularly to identify issues or potential hazards.
- Ensure the availability of necessary tools, spare parts, and resources.
- Manage maintenance staff and assign daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Ensure cost-effective maintenance operations within allocated budgets.
