Unity Foods Limited is currently hiring 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 in Human Resource Development.
This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating initiatives that drive performance, leadership development, and culture transformation.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Provide training and guidance to managers and employees on performance management tools and processes.
Identify trends and recommend interventions to enhance team and individual performance.
Support the identification of skill gaps through performance data and recommend development interventions.
Manage and optimize performance management systems (SuccessFactors).
Generate dashboards and reports on performance trends, ratings distributions, and progress tracking.
Assist in the design and refinement of performance management systems (KPIs, goal setting, appraisals).
Ensure alignment of performance goals with organizational strategy.
Support the execution of leadership development and capability-building programs.
Partner with internal and external trainers to deliver learning solutions.
Assist in identifying high-potential employees and support succession planning frameworks.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
4 – 5 years of relevant experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, or HRBP roles.
𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Strong analytical and project management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Familiarity with OD tools and frameworks
