We’re Hiring: Senior Merchandiser – Home Textile Division
Location: Karachi
Company: Leading Textile Manufacturer
Are you passionate about home textiles and have hands-on experience managing European retail accounts? We’re looking for a Senior Merchandiser to join our dynamic team and drive excellence across our production lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete merchandising cycle from greige issuance to shipment.
Handle European accounts such as Aldi LF Miles, SunGarden, Lidl, JYSK, and The Warehouse Group.
Coordinate and dispatch pre-production samples in line with buyer requirements.
Maintain effective communication with buyers for approvals and production updates.
Ensure timely development and approval of packaging material.
Monitor fabric processing and manage fabric shortages or excesses.
Verify Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure timely procurement of accessories.
Oversee bulk production, inspections, and container bookings to meet delivery timelines.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Business, or related field.
3+ years of relevant merchandising experience in home textiles.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple accounts and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
