Yunus Textile Mills is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Manager – Pre Payments to join our Internal Audit Department. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the criticality of payment timelines and compliance, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
-Review all payments before processing – a time-sensitive, critical step
-Ensure compliance with SOPs and approval hierarchies
-Coordinate with finance and departments to resolve anomalies or missing documentation
-Ensure payments are PO/JO-based where applicable, and discourage cash transactions unless necessary
-Check and verify petty cash transactions and conduct surprise cash counts
-Timely review and verification of salaries for all departments
-Ensure proper approvals and integration of new/exit employees in payroll
Other Core Duties:
-Liaise directly with Head of Audit for escalations and strategic input
-Identify areas for internal control enhancements
-Support Board presentations with relevant data
-Prepare MIS reports and respond to department queries
-Lead team training and development initiatives
-Provide leadership and ensure smooth coordination across teams
