Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring a Manager SAP HCM and SuccessFactors for its IT team based in Lahore.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules in alignment with business requirements. Key modules may include Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Onboarding, and Recruitment.
- Analyse and map client HR processes to SAP HCM and SuccessFactors functionalities, recommending process enhancements where applicable.
- Conduct end-user training to ensure effective system adoption, and provide ongoing support during and post-implementation to resolve functional issues.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and training materials. Ensure system manuals remain current and accessible.
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met. Actively participate in project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
- Oversee the integration of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors with other enterprise systems such as SAP ERP and SAP Payroll, ensuring data consistency and process continuity.
Key Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in the implementation and configuration of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions.
- In-depth understanding of HR business processes and data structures.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors certifications are preferred.
