Are you a dynamic and experienced administrative professional with a solid background in power house operations? Mughal Energy Limited, a state-of-the-art Pulverized Coal Power Project in Lahore, is looking for a proactive Manager Administration to lead site-level administration and compliance functions.
🔸 Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise all administrative operations at the power house
Manage workforce logistics, transport, housekeeping, security, and facility support
Ensure full compliance with plant-level regulatory, HR, and HSE requirements
Develop, implement, and regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and administrative policies
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for smooth operations
Maintain accurate documentation, service contracts, and audit records
Facilitate internal/external audits, inspections, and compliance reporting
🔸 Requirements:
Power house experience is mandatory – applicants without relevant experience will not be considered
Minimum 8–10 years of administration leadership experience in industrial or energy sector setups
Strong command over SOP/policy development, compliance, and workforce management
Excellent planning, communication, and coordination skills
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration or a relevant discipline
