Organization: International Packaging Films Limited (IPAK)

International Packaging Films Limited (IPAK) is looking for 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 to be based in 𝗟𝗮𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗲 to manage our procurement operations and ensure the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, market awareness, and strong supplier relationship management.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead sourcing, tendering, contract negotiation, and supplier selection processes.
• Evaluate and manage supplier performance to ensure quality, delivery, and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast procurement needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to identify purchasing needs.
• Optimize procurement systems and processes for continuous improvement.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or relevant certification is a plus).
• 7–10 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques.
• Proven negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficient in SAP system and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
