Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain the Power house & all associated auxiliaries during the shift according to company policies and procedures.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Power house efficiencies, thermal efficiency, capacity factor efficiency, Plant utilization factors and Power house operational procedures.
- Maintain plant power production at the output designed by management. To operate plant within the acceptable loading envelope under plant dispatch directives from PH.
- Coordination with shift staff for the start-up, shutdown, and normal operations for the power plant system.
- Strictly follow up the SOP’s of power house, also good command at hazards analysis, safety protocols, LOTO and safe operational practices.
- Good operational practices of HFO, LO Purifiers, Booster units, cooling towers, WHRB operations, Fuel Management System, Generation report preparation, Daily data logging and machine health analyses according to the recorded data and reports t seniors.
- Must know about Power house P&ID and participate in troubleshooting.
