The Manager Outreach will be responsible for developing and executing outreach strategies to strengthen institutional partnerships, enhance brand visibility, and drive engagement with key audiences. This role focuses on community engagement, partner relationship management, student recruitment support, & event management to promote the organization’s mission and services.

Eligibility Criteria. • Build partnerships with educational institutions & community organizations. • Willing to travel as required for outreach activities and partner engagement. • Organize engagement activities (workshops, school visits, career fairs). • Report on outreach activities, campaign results, and partner relationships. • Support student recruitment through awareness sessions & campaigns. • Coordinate with internal teams and manage partner relationships. • Identify new outreach opportunities and lead the outreach team. • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business, or Social Sciences. • 4-6 years of relevant experience (preferably in education). • Strong relationship & event management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
