WE ARE Hiring SENIOR EXECUTIVE / AM INVOICING
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare monthly invoices for waste collection services.
- Calculate waste tonnage, trips, and apply unit rates per contract.
- Reconcile data with field teams, weighbridge, and GPS records.
- Ensure billing matches client format and project timelines.
- Coordinate with finance, operations, and contracts teams.
- Maintain billing records, deductions, and approvals.
- Support audits and handle client invoicing queries.
- Dealing with clients to resolve issues promptly.
- Understand and comply with govt. bidding contracts.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA/MPA preferred).
- 2-3 years’ billing/invoicing experience.
- Proficient in MS Excel, ERP/Finance systems, and RFP/RFQ interpretation.
