- Conduct annual trainings for the counsellors.
- Help counsellors get equipped with counselling tools like CommonApp, UCAS, OUAC, etc.
- To develop and manage the counsellors’ work throughout the year.
- Conduct annual local and international university fairs for the students and counsellors.
- Have monthly meetings with all the counsellors to understand their work practices at campuses.
- Facilitate new counsellors with personal essays, personal statements and letters of recommendation.
- To innovate and streamline the career counselling structure of The City School by launching international college application and guidance platforms for the students and counsellors.
- Increase the percentage of international and national applications, and also the yearly scholarship amount per campus.
