Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions to address student concerns.

The City School is looking to fill the position of Manager – Career Counsellor at the Head Office, Lahore.

Conduct annual trainings for the counsellors.
Help counsellors get equipped with counselling tools like CommonApp, UCAS, OUAC, etc.
To develop and manage the counsellors’ work throughout the year.
Conduct annual local and international university fairs for the students and counsellors.
Have monthly meetings with all the counsellors to understand their work practices at campuses.
Facilitate new counsellors with personal essays, personal statements and letters of recommendation.
To innovate and streamline the career counselling structure of The City School by launching international college application and guidance platforms for the students and counsellors.
Increase the percentage of international and national applications, and also the yearly scholarship amount per campus.
