𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Design seasonal collections focusing on men’s ethnic wear, especially shalwar kameez, kurta pajama, and formal eastern wear
- Research and incorporate local and global fashion trends in men’s eastern clothing
- Create mood boards, design sketches, and detailed tech packs
- Oversee fabric selection, trims, embroidery detailing, and styling
- Coordinate closely with sampling and production teams for design execution
- Ensure all designs meet the brand’s standards of fit, quality, and aesthetics
- Recommend appropriate embellishments and embroidery placements for men’s formal wear
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in designing men’s ethnic and formal eastern wear
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in shalwar kameez, kurta, waistcoats, and embroidered formal pieces
- Sound knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, tailoring techniques, and embroidery applications
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Understanding of production processes, seasonal timelines, and trend forecasting
