Organization: Habib Bank Limited HBL

HBL is looking to hire a Unit Head Network Operations NOC in its Information Technology function, Karachi, who will be responsible for managing the teams and responsible for maintaining Communications and Networks. He / She should lead the design process, manage existing WAN networks, and ensure network infrastructure 24/7 availability. He / She will work in collaboration with the team leads and other professionals for network setup and configuration. He / She must assess the existing network technologies to increase the performance & efficiency. He / She also examines and evaluates the network performance and will make changes wherever required. The 24X7 Networks operations team is directly reporting to them.

Job Details
· Manage network design, implementation, and security; oversee SOPs, budgets, and WAN performance (availability, throughput). Maintain documentation and disaster recovery plans.
· Lead 24/7 network operations across Pakistan, providing technical support for deployments and core devices. Ensure client satisfaction and WAN infrastructure monitoring.
· Coordinate with NOC teams and vendors, applying expertise in WAN/telecom technologies. Oversee project execution and network troubleshooting.
· Build high-performing teams through training and career development. Optimize network performance via maintenance, repairs, and proactive upgrades.

Location: Karachi

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.

Experience: 12+ years of experience.
