POSITION: GENERAL MANAGER MIS LOCATION: ISB – CORPORATE HQT DEPARTMENT: MIS QUALIFICATION: BACHELORS OR MASTER’S DEGREE IN COMPUTER SCIENCE, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, OR A RELATED FIELD. EXPERIENCE: 10-15 YEARS’ EXPERIENCE IN IT LEADERSHIP, PREFERABLY IN THE AVIATION SECTOR

REQUIREMENTS: Strong experience in managing:
- Enterprise IT infrastructure and networks.
- Airline systems such as DCS/PSS.
- End-user support and IT service management (ITSM).
- In-depth knowledge of IT security, business continuity, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver under pressure.
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Cisco, Microsoft, or AWS SAA-C03.
- Familiarity with aviation-specific compliance (e.g., IATA standards, CAA/FAA/ICAO guidelines).
- Prior experience in Managerial Capacity.
