Education: ACCA (Qualified)/ MBA Finance
Experience: 4 to 5 years experience in Financial Reporting, preferably in Food Retail Industry and expertise in Power
BI is essential for this role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment
Skills: - Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to support financials.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and accruals.
- Monitor store-level P&L performance and identify variances.
- Collaborate with store managers and operations teams to track expenses, sales, and inventory-related financials.
- Support budgeting and forecasting for retail locations.
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards and KPIs for management reporting.
- Assist in external audits, ensuring timely documentation.
- Develop reporting mechanism that enables process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
