We are hiring Manager R&D
Key Accountabilities
• Initiate new development projects and futuristic research projects considering green chemistry and sustainable products. • Coordinating with sales team to work on potential market products.
• Conduct market survey, benchmarking competitor products and commercial feasibility in collaboration with sales team.
• Liaison up with production and customer services team on product trials and validations.
• Bring new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirement and product development program; preparing return-on-investment analysis.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors M.Sc./M.Phil. Chemistry (Pure Chemistry, Organic or Polymer Chemistry); preferably a PhD. • 12+ years of Industrial Research (additional to academic research) with at least 5+ years in the field of polymers and/ or coatings (conventional surface coatings and functional coatings) and adhesives relevant to graphics and non-graphic applications.
• Outstanding research & analytical skills. Effective leadership and stakeholders management skills.
