Who are we looking for?
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from an HEC-recognized university.
· Minimum 2 years of professional experience in marketing, preferably with a Bank or financial institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan & Develop Marketing, Branding & CSR Campaigns:
· Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
· Provide strategic direction for all branding activities of Khushhali Microfinance Bank, under the direction of the Head of the Department.
· Planning and development of branding campaigns (Corporate & Area) including promotions & events with the support of an in-house administrative team as necessary.
· Planning and developing product collaterals/copies/artworks with the support of an in-house administrative team as necessary.
· Provide detailed timelines and budgets for all marketing/branding/training activities.
· Manage advertising, digital, PR, branding and brand activation vendors.
· Develop and execute CSR campaigns that align with the bank’s strategic objectives. - Implementation of Marketing & Branding Plans:
· Execution of all approved ATL/BTL/Digital marketing for KBL to enhance brand image and create awareness.
· Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns at conferences, exhibitions and other promotional events.
· Ensure relationships with media vendors and publishers are being maintained to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
· Evaluate the requirements shared by other departments and coordinate with the agencies to ensure their timely completion. - Monitoring & Budgeting:
· Manage branding/promotional budgets with the approval of the Head of Department.
· Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur.
· Producing an accurate summary of total spending at the end of a marketing campaign. - Corporate Advertising & Event Management:
· Managing all designing activities including Advertisements, Backdrops, Fascias, Posters, Calendars, Brochures, Employees Cards, Greeting Cards, and Souvenirs for KMBL Anniversary, Shields and Certificates souvenirs as per requirements of events.
· Corporate advertising and facilitation to all departments for releasing their advertisements.
