Chemical Plant Supervisor

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Supervise plant routine maintenance and plan shutdown activities.
• Manage/arrange raw materials inventory (e.g., Raw Sulphur, sodium carbonate).
• Ensure optimal strength of cooking chemicals.
• Analyze downtime and generate root cause analysis (RCA) reports & OPL arrangement for learning.
• Optimizing & controlling performance of kiln, absorption towers.
• Implement resource-saving initiatives (freshwater, electricity, compressed air).
• Conduct plant visits, in-process inspections, and provide feedback based on shift reports.

Candidate must have an Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in the Paper & Board or Packaging Industry.

CD Plant Supervisor

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Inspect raw material (wheat straw) and provide feedback to the Pulping Manager.
• Control cooking chemicals, yield, shives count, and Kappa number to meet required furnish specifications.
• Prepare hand sheets for Screen Accept and measure physical properties, taking necessary actions.
• Analyze downtime, generate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports, and arrange One-Point Lessons (OPLS) for learning.
• Optimizing & controlling Defibrator/refiner loading & service life of consumables.
• Responsible for resource saving i.e., fresh water, electricity and compressed air.
• Implement resource-saving initiatives (freshwater, electricity, compressed air).

Candidate must have a Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in the Paper & Board or Packaging Industry.

Deputy Manager Pulp Plant

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Oversee operations and processes in Straw Cleaning, Cooking, Refining, Screening, and Washing.
• Ensure pulp supply meets standard furnish and quality parameters.
• Plan for raw material quality improvement, utilities optimization, and yield enhancement.
• Organize, plan, and prioritize work to improve plant operational efficiency and ensure uninterrupted supply to paper machines.
• Troubleshoot quality-related issues and drive continuous quality improvement.
• Collaborate with maintenance departments to maintain quality production.
• Generate jobs in SAP or document in shift reports.

Candidate must have a Bachelor/Master’s degree in Chemical or equivalent, with minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in the Paper & Board or Packaging Industry.
