Sapphire Diamond Fabrics Limited is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our Accounts & Finance team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing accounts payable processes, ensuring the seamless execution of financial transactions, and maintaining compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure timely processing and payment of vendor invoices and expense vouchers to maintain strong supplier relationships.
Maintain accurate financial records and control reports in compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment or invoice-related disputes efficiently.
Ensure adherence to company policies and financial regulations in all accounts payable activities.
Prepare relevant management reports as required.
Respond promptly to all stakeholders and maintain comprehensive records of payments and related documentation.
Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports, including aging reports, cash flow projections, and vendor performance metrics.
Participate in period-end closing activities, ensuring all relevant adjustments are accurately incorporated.
Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closings for accounts payable.
Coordinate with vendors to obtain applicable tax challans/certificates and ensure proper recording of taxation payments.
Reconcile tax payments with relevant modules and support external audit processes.
Exhibit strong multitasking, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive process improvements through innovation and ownership.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: CA Finalist, ACCA.
Experience: Minimum 5–6 years of experience in the Accounts/Finance department of a textile company.
