Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, payments, and expenses using SAP Accounts Payable (AP) module.
- Verify and match invoices with purchase orders (PO) and goods receipts (GRN), material inspection report (MIR) & CST/agreement.
- Handle vendor ledger reconciliations and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Ensure timely and accurate knocking off supplier advance payments.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
- Generate SAP reports related to accounts payable and financial transactions.
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, and treasury teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations.
- Work with a tax team for income and sale tax withholding.
