We are looking for qualified and talented individual for the following position for our Paper & Board Division, based in Mirpurkhas, Sindh
Deputy Manager Pulp Plant
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Oversee operations and processes in Straw Cleaning, Cooking, Refining, Screening, and Washing.
- Ensure pulp supply meets standard furnish and quality parameters.
- Plan for raw material quality improvement, utilities optimization, and yield enhancement.
- Organize, plan, and prioritize work to improve plant operational efficiency and ensure uninterrupted supply to paper machines.
- Troubleshoot quality-related issues and drive continuous quality improvement.
- Collaborate with maintenance departments to maintain quality production.
- Generate jobs in SAP or document in shift reports.
Candidate must have a Bachelor/Master’s degree in Chemical or equivalent, with minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in the Paper & Board or Packaging Industry.
