We are hiring Assistant Manager Production (Solids)
Key Accountabilities
- Manage, organize and systematize production operations of “Solids” for enhanced efficiency.
- Supervise manufacturing operations with a structured approach.
- Coordinate and optimize resources, including headcounts, equipment and processes.
- Implementation of Quality and EHS directives in Production to ensure compliance as per applicable regulatory requirements.
- Work in transversal collaboration and foster teamwork to cultivate culture of compliance and performance.
- Focus on people development to facilitate people and business growth.
- Deliver performance to achieve KPIs related to production operations. Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- B. Pharmacy, Pharm D or M.Sc.
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience in the relevant field with sound knowledge of Solids production aspects.
- Knowledge of Quality systems and EHS.
- Good Communication & Interpersonal skills.
- Awareness of production planning and execution.
- Teamwork with ability to motivate, influence and develop team members.
