Position : Assistant Manager – Compliance & HSE
Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation and maintenance of Integrated Management Systems, HSE, and sustainability initiatives.
- Manage external certifications, audits, and liaison with regulatory bodies.
- Conduct risk assessments, internal audits, and ensure timely closure of findings.
- Develop and deliver training on system standards and compliance.
- Track and report sustainability and HSE performance metrics.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in compliance or HSE.
Education: At least Bachelor’s degree, Environmental Engineering will be preferred.
Competencies:
- Knowledge of ISO (9001, 14001, 45001), FSLM, FEM, GHG, Net Zero and sustainability frameworks
- Proficiency in documentation control, QMS software, and generating MIS reports and dashboards.
- Capable of interpreting standards and identifying system gaps.
- Able to conduct awareness sessions, present data insights, and train cross-functional teams.
