Job Objectives:
- Develop and oversee the Annual Audit Plan, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives
- Preparation of documents as per direction of Head of Internal Audit
- Lead the execution of the approved audit plan, managing risk assessments and control evaluation
- Supervise and mentor the internal audit staff, providing guidance and resources to achieve audit objectives
- Lead and supervise the retail audits team and continuously improve the retail audits
- Lead special audits and assignments including fraud investigation and operational reviews
- Continuously improve internal audit methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency and effusiveness
Requirements:
- Candidate must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant
- Minimum 2 years of post-articleship experience required
