General Manager Quality Assurance (QA)
LOCATION: DR. ZIAUDDIN HOSPITAL, HEAD OFFICE NORTH NAZIMABAD CAMPUS.
JOB SUMMARY: • Group Head Quality Assurance (QA) will be responsible for the effective implementation of the quality management system hospital wide. He / She would be responsible to have the quality related programmers conducted and well managed on timely basis with quality compliance functioning. • The Head QA would be responsible for managing all QA function, working with cross-departmental leadership to deliver high quality service on schedule. Form hiring analysts and QA Officer/ Managers, to leading incident investigations. QA Head will establish and maintain a quality system to ensure the institution facilities, equipment, personnel, methods, processes, and procedures conform to internal policies / Guideline and regulatory standards (ISO, SSHC, JCI & Others Accreditation/ Licensing bodies).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop and implement new way of quality related processes, procedures and programmes to enable, quality, safety and risk management systems are in place. • Maintain a database of all the hospital reports, policies, survey reports and relevant ones for having a culture continuous improvement and providing quality services. • Ensure prompt administration of all corrective action request from internal & external audits and facilities their closer as required by the hospital as well as by standard. • Will prepare the Department (QA) budget as per hospital policy. • Recommendation strategies to improve compliance, streamline program activities, implement change management and address inappropriate and unproducttve attitude.
KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCES: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent understanding of the organization culture. • Demonstrable leadership and interactive skills appropriate to the position. • Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access and word and presentation skills. • Excellent technical skills; Report writing, Statistical analysis and evaluation, Training and development and research based abilities.
REQUIREMENTS: • Academic Qualification: MBBS, MBA, Quality Assurance related certification and courses. • Professional Qualification: Proficient in Microsoft office Products; word, Excel and Power-Point. • Work Experience: Minimum 7 years of Experience in relevant field and preferably Healthcare Background.
