Position: Sales Engineer – Material Handling Equipment
Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new B2B opportunities for material handling equipment.
Promote and sell spare parts, warehouse accessories, batteries, chargers, and value-added services such as maintenance contracts and annual service agreements.
Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals tailored to customer requirements.
Conduct customer visits, site surveys, and product presentations to understand application needs and propose suitable solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to post-sales support.
Collaborate with service, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service agreements in line with company policies.
Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and customer data using CRM tools.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.
Support marketing initiatives such as exhibitions, customer seminars, and product demonstrations.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
3–5 years of proven B2B sales experience in material handling equipment or industrial products.
Strong technical understanding of equipment components, batteries, and charging systems.
Experience in selling aftermarket services and negotiating service contracts is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
