We are seeking passionate and result-driven professionals to join our team in the following role:
MANAGER PRODUCT QUALITY AUDIT
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- 7-10 years of experience in the similar capacity (preferably in fashion apparel/textile industry)
- Good knowledge of quality control standards
Job Scope: Manager Product Quality Audit is responsible for but not limited to
- Plan and conduct periodic quality audits across production lines and warehouse stock to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor and evaluate product quality at various stages of production and prior to dispatch.
- Coordinate with Production teams to resolve quality issues before final dispatch.
- Monitor the Retail Complaints Portal daily to ensure timely resolution of quality-related concerns.
- Manage product costing by reviewing samples and costing sheets against the traKR system.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies to improve product reliability and reduce defects.
