AuVitronics Limited, a company of House of Habib, is looking to hire for the below position:

Vacancy: Assistant Manager Supply Chain – (Planning & Logistics)
Department: Supply Chain
Number of Positions: 01
Location: Port Qasim, Karachi

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s in Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree with a specialization in Supply Chain Management will be considered a plus.

Experience Requirement:
3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in production planning within the manufacturing sector, preferably in plastic production.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up on and review customer production plans and forecasts; ensure accurate entry into SAP.
Prepare and monitor the company’s production plan by analyzing optimal resource utilization.
Analyze inventory levels, lead times, and consumption rates to maintain optimal stock levels.
Collaborate with procurement, product development, and production teams to ensure smooth material flow across the production value chain.
Ensure 100% compliance with OEM and Non-OEM requirements for timely delivery.
Coordinate with transport companies to plan efficient delivery routes and schedules.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure product availability for dispatch.
Oversee daily dispatch activities, ensuring proper packaging and timely delivery.
Supervise and train packing and dispatch staff to meet quality and safety standards.
Manage customs clearance processes with clearing agents, freight forwarders, and suppliers, including collecting shipping documents and submitting costing bills to finance.

Technical & Professional Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with SAP and related SCM modules.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
