WE ARE Hiring HR EXECUTIVE
REQUIREMENTS
Qualification:
- B.Com or any Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 1 year of HR/admin experience
- Experience using FlowHCM (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Track daily attendance using FlowHCM
- Manage leave requests and balances via FlowHCM
- Provide accurate salary input data (attendance & leave)
- Support basic HR processes (onboarding, exit, etc.)
- Maintain employee records in FlowHCM and files
- Respond to employee queries on HR policies
- Assist in recruitment coordination and documentation
Skills Required:
- Familiarity with FlowHCM or other HR software
- MS Office proficiency
- Good communication & organization
- Confidentiality and attention to detail
