Title: Manager / Senior Manager – IS Governance, BCP & Incident Management
Job Role & Requirements:
- Manage Information Security (IS) documents such as framework, policies and procedures as per organization objectives, international best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with IS policies and procedures, audits, IPS review and PCI DSS.
- Manage IS awareness program including sessions, emails, drills and quizzes.
- Conduct security reviews to identify the anomalies.
- Coordinate with Risk Management team to perform IS risk assessments and control testing activities.
- Maintain cyber threat advisories and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate with respective teams for the governance and management of Business Continuity policies, plans & site readiness.
- Conduct BCP-related activities including Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to prioritize 1LINK’s products and services.
- Assist in conducting Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery drills to ensure effectiveness of the program and identify areas of improvements.
- Manage Incident Response Plan and perform timely incident reporting and closure.
- Facilitate internal/external audits and regulatory inspections, perform and track remedial actions as suggested.
- Present the security updates and challenges to relevant management committees.
