We are a leading financial institution seeking highly motivated and results-driven professionals to join our Centralized Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead process-based control reviews of Operations and support functions to assess compliance, identify control gaps, and recommend enhancements.
- Review transaction samples using ICU checklists, document exceptions, and work with unit management to implement timely corrective actions.
- Analyze unit and departmental audit reports, monitor compliance with audit observations, and report any unresolved issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver review reports, highlighting key risks and control weaknesses, and escalate high-impact issues for immediate action.
- Conduct data-driven assessments using checklists and system reports to identify trends, emerging risks, and inefficiencies.
- Maintain and track ICU observations, ensuring timely resolution of all open items and maintaining accurate follow-up records.
- Complete all assigned reviews, tasks, and special projects within deadlines and in accordance with ICU standards.
