Mughal Iron & Steel Industries Limited, a market leader in Pakistan’s steel industry, is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated professional for the role of Senior Manager Administration at our Plant in Lahore.
This is a critical leadership role responsible for managing all administrative functions and ensuring seamless plant operations with strict adherence to corporate and regulatory compliance.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end plant administration functions including janitorial services, housekeeping, canteen, mess management, and accommodation facilities.
Maintain strong liaison with government departments such as EOBI, PESSI, EPA, Police, and other relevant authorities to ensure regulatory compliance and issue resolution.
Oversee budgeting, vendor management, and cost control for administrative operations.
Enforce company policies & SOPs across all plant facilities.
Supervise administrative staff and foster a culture of discipline, efficiency, and accountability.
🔹 Requirements:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 15+ years of experience in administration with an industrial or manufacturing environment (A must requirement).
Proven expertise in managing government liaison, labor and industrial relations, and large-scale facility operations.
Strong leadership, crisis management, and communication skills.
Sound understanding of statutory and regulatory compliance in the manufacturing sector.
