WE ARE EXPANDING Deputy Manager – Talent Acquisition
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for retail, manufacturing, and corporate roles, ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower needs.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, referrals, campus drives, and local hiring.
- Manage screening, interviews, and onboarding processes aligned with company culture and business continuity.
- Maintain ATS and recruitment dashboards, track key hiring metrics, and support employer branding initiatives.
- Mentor junior recruiters, build talent pipelines through institutional partnerships, and support HR policies and engagement efforts.
Requirements:
- 6 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in retail/manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in volume hiring for blue- and white-collar roles.
- Experience in employer branding, campus drives, and social hiring.
- Familiarity with HR analytics and data-driven hiring.
- Exposure to structured and competency-based interviewing.
