We are seeking an experienced Manager – Mechanical Maintenance to lead and oversee all mechanical maintenance operations across the plant. This role requires strong technical expertise, team leadership, and proactive planning to ensure seamless machine performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

-Prepare and implement the annual preventive maintenance schedule.
-Build and supervise maintenance teams using available manpower for both daily tasks and annual overhauls.
-Coordinate with relevant departments to identify new instruments and devices needing scheduled maintenance.
-Monitor daily work orders and ensure timely completion of jobs.
-Manage consumption of spare parts and ensure optimal inventory control.
-Guide maintenance teams in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues.
-Explore opportunities for local development of critical components, validate part specifications, and update inventory levels.
-Recommend strategies for improving plant operations and efficiency.
-Conduct daily inspections of machinery and gather feedback from operators on equipment performance.
-Ensure all machines undergo timely routine maintenance and accurate documentation is maintained.
-Monitor and maintain adequate stock of lubricants and essential chemicals.
-Ensure the uninterrupted mechanical operation of all machinery.
-Train workers and operators in correct machine handling procedures.
-Oversee proper maintenance of logbooks for oil heaters, compressors, and chillers.
-Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Skills:

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills

-Expertise in condition-based monitoring
-Proficient in SAP and MS Office
