Assistant Manager Instrumentation & Control Ethanol Division
UNICOL Limited, a joint venture distillery plant is looking for qualified and talented individuals for the position based at Plant Site, Mirpurkhas.
Job Description: The incumbent will be responsible for:
- To troubleshoot DCS systems.
- To execute scheduled maintenance for air compressors and dryers to prevent breakdowns.
- To manage and calibrate control valves and field instruments across diverse industrial applications.
- To oversee boiler automation systems, de-superheating stations, filling machines, and weighbridges.
- To calibrate field instruments using HART communicator and SFC for precision and accuracy.
- To implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with operational safety standards.
- To monitor and optimize instrumentation performance for improved efficiency and reliability.
Job Requirements:
- Ideal candidates should be BE / B.Sc in Electronics with 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in instrumentation and industrial automation.
