Senior Deputy Manager Maintenance – Apparel Division
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise maintenance operations to ensure efficient functioning of textile machinery.
- Implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues swiftly to support continuous production.
- Manage maintenance schedules, resources, and spare parts inventory effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Drive root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve technical bottlenecks.
- Mentor and develop technical staff to enhance team performance and skill levels.
Education & Experience:
- BSc Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics)
- Experience 5-8 years with Utilities, Energy Management, Facilities & Project Management and Equipment/plant Maintenance Management.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of textile machinery and plant operations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
