We are seeking a 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 for our Utility and Maintenance Department to oversee mechanical operations during shifts. The role will include supervising technicians and ensuring the efficient running of mechanical systems.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Oversee the functioning of mechanical systems during the shift.
- Supervise and guide technicians to ensure proper maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Maintain records of mechanical activities and issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Report any major mechanical issues or emergencies to senior management.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering.
- Fresh or less than 3 years of experience
𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and technical expertise.
