Responsibilities
- Facilitate in designing Individual and Departmental SMART KPI’s.
- Develop close liaison with stakeholders in complete PMS (Performance Management System) Cycle.
- Conduct Training Need Analysis and develop Training Plans for Organizational Development to meet personal, professional and organizational needs.
- Initiate Job Analysis and Job Evaluation procedure.
- Provide expertise in developing and implementing the organization’s OD strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.

Qualification & Experience
- MBA/Masters in HR.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR-OD.
- People-oriented and innovative problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices.
