Deputy Manager Stores & Inventory

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory levels across all store categories (raw materials, technical, general, and packing).
• Implement inventory control techniques (FIFO, LIFO, JIT, ABC analysis).
• Ensure physical stock matches system stock; manage cycle counts and annual stock audits.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and planning teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Monitor GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), MRNs (Material Requisition Notes), and issue slips for proper documentation.
• Develop SOPs and ensure adherence to standard processes.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to inventory, consumption, and discrepancies.
• Handle ERP-based inventory systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or custom ERP).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferably in Supply Chain Management
• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience

Deputy Manager – Sorting

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operation of automatic tile sorting machines or correct grading, size, shade, and surface quality.
• Ensure accurate categorization of tiles per quality standards.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues in PLCs, sensors, cameras, pneumatic systems, and conveyors.
• Train and guide operators and technicians on machine handling and quality parameters.
• Coordinate with QC and production teams to manage sorting defects and rejections.
• Maintain real-time records of production, rejections, downtime, and maintenance.
• Ensure regular preventive maintenance and calibration of sorting equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sorting speed, precision, and yield.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• 8 to 10 Years of relevant experience in Ceramic / Cement / Beverages / Manufacturing industry.
