WE ARE HIRING FUEL CARD AND MARKETING MANAGER

Hascol Petroleum Limited is looking for a Fuel Card & Marketing Manager. This position is responsible for running and developing of Fuel Cards business along with Marketing, Non-Fuel Retail Business & Digitalization of Retail.

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement short-term and long-term marketing strategies for fuel card programs and loyalty initiatives to drive market share growth.

• Serve as a liaison between dealers, retail/commercial team, and customers.

• Manage customer relationships within the fuel card department.

• Oversee integration of ERP and E-Access systems.

• To coordinate with different digital QR business service providers for deployment and operations.

• Ensure seamless fuel card business operations across the retail network.

• Drive NFR revenue growth through corporate deals.

• Maintain Hasmart standards across Pakistan.

• To coordinate with banks for credit machine operations and deployment.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Chief Retail & Marketing

Education: MBA (Marketing)

Experience: 9-10 years of relevant experience preferably in the Oil and Gas sector.

The ideal candidate must have a Proactive, self-motivated personality with a willingness to take the initiative. Should have a creative mindset, with the ability to think out of the box, a flexible personality, and be a team player, excellent analytical and negotiation skills to develop a strong network of contacts.

Location: Head Office, Karachi.
