We’re looking for a Senior Executive – HR to take the lead on medical affairs and ensure our people are cared for—inside and outside the workplace.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
-Be the go-to person for all employee medical-related queries and support
-Manage the enrollment, renewal, and coordination of employee medical insurance policies
-Liaise with insurance providers, hospitals, and clinics for seamless claim processing
-Handle reimbursement claims in line with policy and ensure timely disbursement
-Keep accurate and updated records of employee medical data
-Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
-Support audits and inspections related to medical benefits and compliance
-Analyze trends in claims data and suggest improvements for better coverage and cost-effectiveness
