Netkom Technologies is seeking to fill the following vacancies in the RF department for its Islamabad (Pakistan) Office.
RF Level 1 Engineer (KPI Monitoring)
Total Positions: Multiple
Location: Islamabad
Project Duration: Long Term
Experience: 3 Years (Huawei Experience to be preferred)
Technology: GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G
Expertise and Skills
Should have good knowledge of radio propagation theory and basic principles of a certain GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G mode.
Should be able to complete performance monitoring reports.
Align the report template, KPI list, report requirement, TO and CC list, criteria of KPI
Collect GULNR performance file from U2020/PRS/MAPS, or other portal which can get performance data, Collect alarm file from U2020
Process performance data to required format (chart, table)
Add comments for all KPI status, highlight KPI issue
Finish the basic analysis, like alarm, availability, TX relate issue,
Find out TOPN cell list for issue KPIs
Prepare KPI monitor report as per the template
Inform KPI issue to optimization team
Complete quality check as per the checklist
Should be able to Monitor OSS KPIs and prepare subsequent reports.
Should have basic command of cell parameter planning principles. Be able to plan basic parameters such as frequencies, PSCs, and PCIs etc. for small- and medium-sized networks.
