JOB ROLE
- Recording, analyzing and resolving customer complaints in coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Analysis of QC / Inspection data, identification of defects and preparation of reports for Management review along with suggestions for improvement
- Assist in organizing risk assessment meetings and keep track of identified risks and their mitigation plans
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Bachelors / Masters in TQM / Business Administration
