Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee product costing, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Develop and implement cost control strategies to enhance profitability.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost analysis reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize costs across business operations.
- Support the finance team in variance analysis, audits, and financial reporting.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective purchasing and vendor management.
Qualifications:
- ACMA or an equivalent professional qualification in Costing or Finance.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong experience in cost control, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in cost accounting software and Microsoft Excel (Advanced level).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to offer cost-saving recommendations.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to team efforts.
