RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meet primary and secondary sales targets through effective sales strategies.
• Develop and manage the distributor network and ensure product availability at retail points.
• Lead and train Territory Sales Officers (TSOs) to achieve sales goals.
• Track market trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Improve brand visibility through trade promotions and retail activations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Qualification: MBA/M.Phil./M.Com
• Experience: 8-10 years in sales and distribution within multi-retail channels
• Industry Background: Lubricants, Tyres, Batteries, Spare Parts, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals
• Age Limit: Up to 35 years

PETRONAS established in 1974 is a global energy and solutions company, ranked as one of the largest corporations on FORTUNE Global 500. It has operations in a broad spectrum of the oil and gas – value chain in more than 90 countries through the group and subsidiaries.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in daily business operations for the lubricant division
• Coordinate orders with sales, supply chain, and logistics teams
• Maintain and update sales, inventory, and operational records
• Handle distributor and retailer inquiries
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply needs
• Support sales and marketing activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Identify and suggest process improvements
• Work with finance, sales, and logistics teams
• Manage administrative tasks, including documentation and invoicing

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Graduate Degree / Post Graduate will be preferred
• Experience: 1-3 years in business operations, supply chain, or sales coordination (Fresh graduates may apply)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities
• Understanding of business operations and supply chain
• Experience in the lubricant or FMCG industry (preferred but not required)
• Well versed with SAP
