1. Research Officer (BS-17) – Law & Parliamentary Department

No. of Posts: 1 (Open Merit)
Nature of Post: On contract basis for 02 years (with non-practicing allowance)
Qualification & Experience:
- LLM or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university
- OR Bar-at-law or LLB (minimum 50% marks) with at least 2 years of active practice as an Advocate of High Court or experience as Law Officer in private or public sector
- Research & practical experience is acceptable
- MS Office proficiency required
Age Limit:
- Male: 22 to 30 years (+5 years relaxation) = 35 years max
- Female: 22 to 30 years (+8 years relaxation) = 38 years max
- Transgender: As per CNIC details

- Paper-I (Objective Type – 100 Marks, 2 Hours)
  - General Knowledge, Pakistan Studies, Islamic Studies, Everyday Science, Basic Mathematics, English, and Computer Skills
- Paper-II (Subjective Type – 100 Marks, 3 Hours)
  - Constitution & Constitutional History of Pakistan
  - Civil, Criminal, and Corporate Law
  - Law of Evidence and Legal Drafting

2. Translator (BS-17) – Law & Parliamentary Department

No. of Posts: 2 (Open Merit)
Nature of Post: On contract basis for 02 years
Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s (1st division) in Translation Studies (HEC-recognized)
- OR Master’s (2nd division) in English with specialization in Translation
- OR Graduate (2nd division) + Diploma in Translation (6 months) from English to Urdu
- Practical experience in translation preferred
Age Limit:
- Male: 23 to 33 years (+5 years relaxation) = 38 years max
- Female: 23 to 33 years (+8 years relaxation) = 41 years max
