“Strengthening and Capacity Enhancement of Legal Wings of Ministry of Law and Justice and Federal Ministries/Divisions (Revised)”
Law and Justice Division, Islamabad.

Vacant Positions

1. Technical Assistant (PPS-6)

Number of Posts: 1
Quota: Merit
Maximum Age: 35 years
Place of Posting: Islamabad
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or relevant technology from an HEC-recognized university OR Graduate with a One-Year IT Diploma/Certificate.
- 01-year experience in a technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of audio-visual equipment, video conferencing tools, and technical systems.
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in PSDP projects is preferred.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounts, Commerce, or IT from an HEC-recognized university OR Graduate with a One-Year IT Diploma/Certificate.
- 01-year experience in the relevant field (preferably in the Government Sector).
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in PSDP projects is preferred.

3. Data Entry Operator (PPS-5)

Number of Posts: 3
Quota: Merit
Maximum Age: 35 years
Place of Posting: Islamabad
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounts, Commerce, or IT from an HEC-recognized university OR Graduate with a One-Year IT Diploma/Certificate.
- 01-year experience in PSDP projects is preferred.

4. Office Boy (PPS-1)

Number of Posts: 5
Quota: Local (Islamabad/Rawalpindi)
Maximum Age: 30 years
Place of Posting: Islamabad
Qualifications & Experience:
- Matric Pass (Physically fit).
- Domicile of Islamabad/Rawalpindi.

Important Instructions/Information

Incomplete applications & late submissions will not be entertained.
Original documents & attested copies (Degrees certified by HEC-recognized institutions) must be presented at the test/interview. Fake or forged documents will result in legal action.
Age relaxation will be provided as per Federal Government policy.
No TA/DA will be provided for the test/interview.
Government employees must apply through the proper channel.
The Ministry of Law and Justice reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts or cancel recruitment at any stage.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview.
