We are looking for a proactive Senior Finance Executive to manage financial operations, including bank position monitoring, cheque preparation, bank reconciliation, and transaction entries, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial processes.
🔍 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
🔹𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Daily cash flow monitoring, funding coordination, liquidity analysis.
🔹𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 & 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬: Prepare/process payments, maintain approval documentation.
🔹𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Identify discrepancies, resolve issues, maintain accuracy.
🔹𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠: Timely entries in ERP, proper classification, document filing.
🔹𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 & 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: Prepare reports, ensure compliance, support audits.
🔹𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Liaise with banks, internal teams, and resolve queries.
🛠 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:
🔹𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: MBA in Finance / Accounting or part-qualified ICMA.
🔹𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 3+ years in banking operations, transactions, reconciliation.
🔹𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬: ERP Systems (SAP/Oracle/QuickBooks), MS Excel.
🔹𝐒𝐨𝐟𝐭 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬: Analytical thinking, communication, accuracy, teamwork.
🔹𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝: Knowledge of local regulations & manufacturing industry experience.

🔍 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
🔹𝗜𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗖𝘀 & 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀 – Coordinate with banks and internal teams for smooth processing.
🔹𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝗚𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝘀 – Ensure timely issuance, follow-ups, and cancellations.
🔹𝗘𝗙𝗦 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 – Strong understanding of Export Facilitation Scheme processes.
🔹𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 – Prepare and submit requests to banks, ensuring timely approvals.
🔹𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 – Manage payments for technical, IT, and consultancy services.
🔹𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 – Liaise with SBP & FBR for transaction approvals.
🔹𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀 & 𝗚𝗥𝗡 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 – Maintain cost sheets for accurate financial reporting.
🔹𝗣𝗮𝗸𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗼𝘄 (𝗣𝗦𝗪) 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 – Ensure accurate submission and bank approvals.
🔹𝗠𝗜𝗦 & 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 – Maintain structured financial data for effective decision-making.
🔹𝗦𝗔𝗣 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 – Manage timely SAP postings for payments and charges.
🛠 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:
🔹Qualifications: MBA/ICMA (Finance) or equivalent.
🔹Experience: 3-5 years in import/export finance, banking, or financial operations.
🔹Skills: Strong financial acumen, SAP expertise, MIS reporting, and regulatory compliance knowledge.
