WE ARE HIRING Administrative Assistant
- Responsibilities: The incumbent will support the efficient day-to-day operations of both the Head Office and field sites, acting as the central point of contact between departments. Responsibilities will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, maintaining records, overseeing meeting room bookings, liaising with vendors, and arranging catering and stationary.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Preferably a year of relevant experience.
